Exquisite show stopper polka dot dress made by Victor Costa for Sakowitz with a one shoulder that has a rosette tulle detail and black velvet bow, rouched at the waist, asymmetrical at the hips and down to the legs with a velvet bow on one side and lot of fabulous tulle. Polka dots are made of velvet and has 6 layers of tulle and fully lined on the inside with a zipper on the side. One of a kind piece, has no stretch, refer to sizing.
